ACM charged us $219 recently to "repair" a boiler. He told us that all is ok. When we called occupant if all is ok, occupant advised us that nothing has changed and it is still faulty. ACM has not answered or respond to our calls. SCAM???? We disputed charge, placing a complaint with MASS dept of consumer affairs for fraud. BEWARE!!!!

I called them late on a Wednesday night and they assigned ACM Service to me for the very next day. Tony arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem quickly, and within an hour I had cool air.
