ACM charged us $219 recently to "repair" a boiler. He told us that all is ok. When we called occupant if all is ok, occupant advised us that nothing has changed and it is still faulty. ACM has not answered or respond to our calls. SCAM???? We disputed charge, placing a complaint with MASS dept of consumer affairs for fraud. BEWARE!!!!

I had no air conditioning for three days and finally remembered I had purchased an AHS Home Warranty. I called them late on a Wednesday night and they assigned ACM Service to me for the very next day. Tony arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem quickly, and within an hour I had cool air. (Better than Dominos) He diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes of being here. He was pleasant, knowledgable, and had the right parts on his truck. AC system was back up and running within an hour.
